At Costello Blacktop Paving, we treat your property like our own. From cracked driveways to full parking lot resurfacing, we bring honest workmanship and straightforward pricing to every job in the Frankfort area.
Whether it's a residential driveway that's seen better days or a commercial lot that needs a fresh coat, we've got the equipment and expertise to get it done right.
From new installations to complete replacements, we lay smooth, durable asphalt driveways that stand up to New York weather — and look great doing it.
Commercial or private, we handle full parking lot construction, resurfacing, and striping. Clean lines, proper drainage, and a surface that lasts.
Cracks, potholes, and settling don't have to mean a full replacement. We diagnose the issue and fix it — saving you time and money.
Protect your investment with a fresh sealcoat. It shields against UV damage, water, and oil — extending the life of your asphalt by years.
Your driveway is the first thing people see. We make sure it makes a good impression — with clean edges, proper grading, and a finish you'll be proud of.
From church parking lots to small business plazas, we take commercial jobs seriously — on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to your operations.
Costello Blacktop Paving is a Frankfort-area contractor that takes pride in showing up on time, doing the job right, and leaving your property cleaner than we found it. We're not a franchise — we're your neighbors.
Whether you need a brand-new driveway, a resurfaced parking lot, or a quick patch before the next freeze-thaw cycle, we bring the same care to every project. No shortcuts, no surprise charges — just solid asphalt work from a team that lives here.
